A Business Correspondent acts as an extended arm of the bank branch, providing financial and banking services to customers in unbanked and underbanked regions. Our Bank empanels Corporate Business Correspondents (CBCs), who in turn deploy Individual Business Correspondents (BCs) at various assigned locations.
Currently, the Bank has empaneled 6 Corporate Business Correspondents who have deployed 5000+ Business Correspondents across India, serving the unpenetrated and underpenetrated geographies of the country.
